I have men a member of several in my life and I have heard some strange doctrines. I have also been a member of some good ones too not saying all of them are that way. But out in the Pacific Northwest we still have some realy legalistic groups. I attended a church that preached against beards, and wearing only white shirts for the men and that was only the beginning his wife only wore black or dark colors don't think she ever wore anything colorful.

I have attended 2 UPCI churches. I just never heard that interpretation taught.
