Pres. Obama is under fire from Vegas. Obama said that in this economy, people with responsibilities shouldn't be wasting their money. He siad people shouldn't be out buying boats and ignoring mortgage payments or "blowing their money in Vegas" instead of putting money in a kid's college fund.
Everyone under the sun is jumping him for this. Harry Reid, one of his closest supporters, even rebuked him. GOP'ers are throwing him under the bus for it.
So let me take a rare opportunity to say that I 100% agree with my Pres. in this instance. He is completely right. People need to be more responsible with their money than taking it to Sin City and flushing it down a toilet.
