Actually, I recently downgraded to fat-free half and half. It was my biggest move yet--I used to put full-fat-heavy-whipping cream in ultra strong coffee (or espresso). Talk about yummy...*sigh*

I confess that I sometimes take a swig of the half & half right out of the carton, AND if all that's left for my cereal is skim milk, I mix it with the half & half to make it taste better.

As far as downgrading... are you sure that wasn't the sinful part???????? Also I'm sure theres nothing wrong with doing anything to make skim milk taste better!
