If you honestly feel like voting for the principles of a third party you're not throwing your vote away. Your voice is heard even if you candidate isn't able to win the election. Voting is about having a voice... not winning. Some folks seem to feel they have to have their vote count for someone who will win. That's misguided. In the end they end up voting for a person who barely models the principles they believe in because the politician is the "lesser of two evils". The only problem with voting for the lesser of two evils is that you've still voted for evil.

Vote your principles and you've had your voice. As more and more vote libertarian it tells the Republicans that they are loosing support. Think about it... if the Republicans have a misguided vision but conservatives continue to vote for them time and time again, it gives the RNC the impression that the American people are happy with their vision when in fact the American people aren't... the people are just voting for the lesser of two evils.

I've ranted enough here. Sorry. lol
