People are disillusioned with the system, working hard to get a degree so you can buy a home and live a middle class life has failed many:

*people in debt from college who can't get a job.
*People have seen the real estate market crash, and the gvt bail out the banks
*People have watched our health care/insurance system get destroyed
*The rise of contract employment, with low wages and no benefits.

People are turning away from the failed American dream and embracing a simpler life that eschews big houses, 70 hour work week, and mindless consumer spending.

So, the rise of tiny houses, simple living, learning to grow your own food, disdain for agribusiness and big pharma.

I would also dare to say that the mass drug known as the mega church is failing.
People are hungry to something real, real relationships with real people who know a real God.
Unless we can be the real deal, walking in the power and anointing of the Holy Ghost, we have nothing to offer.

I spent nearly 10 years of my life attending a mega apostolic church where the Pastor and his wife had no idea who I was.
That can't be what the Jesus and his Apostles intended.
