It begins with deer. But it contaminates other plant materials that human eat.

Scott, do you agree with the recommendation to quarter a deer infield rather than just gutting it and transporting the entire carcass for butchering and then disposal? It seems to me that leaving more of the carcass in the field increases the risk of spreading CWD.
