My wife misheard something I said, and thought I said "Apostolic Speed Dating"... that then got me thinking of the questions that might get quickly asked, should someone be involved in this!

Do you sing?

Is your father a preacher?

Hair, do you know the long and short and of it?

Which restaurant do you frequent the most after church?

Whose your favorite evangelist?

And last....

Does your pastor know your here??

How about "do you like to traveling?" and "what type of music do you like?".

Do you like pets? What kind?

Do you like to work out?

What is your favorite food?

THESE are your typical questions.

I remember one thing that my sister in law's dad said to my brother before they married.... and that was "Don't ever turn her loose to go shopping with a credit card."

Maybe in some cases a few financial questions might be in order.

Here is a good list of questions for the guys to ask, IF the speed dating group is an ultra conservative one.

1. If you become my wife will you submit to my authority?

2. Will you bare me healthy children?

3. Will you keep my home looking presentable for our guests during home bible studies?

4. Will you stay silent during church?

5. Will you refer to me as "Mr. <first name>" at all times in public?

6. Will you be an Amish in the kitchen and an animal in the bedroom?

And lastly.....

7. Will you put another log on the fire?
