Federal Hate Crime. Nice to know that if a child's hair is cut at school (out of malicious intent), that the offender can be arrested for federal hate crimes.

Same case I think but ongoing investigation. The investigation was long in part because the Amish did not cooperate with names of the offenders.

I saw this story today and found it rather sad. This man was upset and instead of doing things the right and honorable way engaged in an assault of his neighbors. There are those who would not have allowed that manner of entry to go unchallenged. I hope that he attains forgiveness, and that he gets the law book thrown at him.

UNBELEIAVBLE its not just that he cut their hair ,he raped their women "to cleanse them"Amish dont cut their beards after they are are married,this guy was mad over somethign stupid and left the order then set his own rules and punished people his way.Should be jailed for alon gtime and banned from the county
