Yes we did. Trump ordered US AID to assist. "An 'elite' contingent of the US Agency for International Development and specially trained urban rescuers from the LA County Fire Dept landed in Mexico on Thursday. The roughly 70-person squad also included five dogs specially trained to sniff out survivors amid the wreckage."

"Trump ordered the deployment of US aid after he spoke to Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto by phone Wednesday, a day after the violent magnitude 7.0 temblor shook central Mexico."

You'll have to save the criticism of Trump for another time.
