The cardiologist called today
He wants to schedule my mom for a heart cath on Thursday based on the results of a stress test he just did on her. Please pray that whatever is the problem, it can be fixed without more invasive surgery. A stent would be fine

Your mom is in my prayers, Margies3.

And, as a hopeful cause for optimism- I underwent the same procedure a little while back. It was painless and actually a comfort- I had been unable to sleep for weeks leading up to it so when the conked me out a little bit- I was out a lot, and it felt good. And, they said I had "beautiful arteries."

I was fortunate. I'm praying that your mom's goes as well as mine did.
