It's been snowing all day! Looks like we'll have about a foot of this wonderful stuff! I am loving it. Yes, crazy, I know... But it's fun being this way! It's 18 but feels like 5 degree!!!

I am preparing for my Kansas trip and went to buy some sweaters, gloves, and thermal underwear...I heard it is doing that same thing over there...bbbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Houston is cloudy and 73 degrees. No snow in sight. Good too, because I have two long drives daily to the hospital. Do not need to end up in the room next to Dad.

It is snowing as we speak with about 10-15 centimeters forecast.
We also have freezing rain expected tonight with more snow coming over night.
It will snow tomorrow before the Pineapple Express hits us from the South Pacific bringing warm temperatures and a lot of rain!

I sure don't want to break another ankle!

We have a Progressive Dinner with a white elephant gift exchange scheduled for our adults at church tonight. And it has just started snowing. Rats!

They're forecasting 3" and then freezing rain. But turning to plain old rain by morning. Sounds like a mess to me.

Oh well, I made Sherri's "Gooey Cake" to take (only with a chocolate cake mix instead of yellow, cuz that's all I had). So if we get cancelled, at least we'll have dessert at our house

Mmm! sounds good. I think I am going to bake something very chocolate tonight and enjoy the snow. Maybe I'll watch the movie FlyWheel. Anyone see it? It is from the same producer of Facing the Giants.
