Liberal Apostolic Organizations:
What Apostolic organizations are there that don't make uncut hair and dress codes an issue of fellowship? I'm UPCI and I don't know of any other organization that isn't conservative on these issues besides the PAW.
Any other orgs lenient on these issues?

They are called the Assembly of God.

Stay away from any organization that isn't conservative on those issues.
If they aren't tight on those issues they aren't tight on anything else.

Mormons, Presbyterians, Church of Christ, many different Baptist groups, you can also look at the back of Charisma Magazine and find different Charismatic organizations that will left you join for a small fee.

Re: Liberal Apostolic Organizations:
Thanks Bro. Benincasa. I was primarily interested in knowing about organizations that teach Acts 2:38 as a standard of full salvation. The denominations you listed aren't "Apostolic" in doctrine or practice.

Re: Liberal Apostolic Organizations:
EB, I think he meant Oneness org.s.
Global (GNCM) is not exclusively a Oneness fellowship although many of its members are so I don't think it would count.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

My apologies, but what you are asking for will not be apostolic in doctrine or practice.
Personally I believe that those who let down on holiness tend to ease up on other issues. I'm not saying that there can't be anyone out there who is staunch Acts 2:38 to the bone and has no holiness standards. I'm saying that in my own personal experience I have never met anyone who was un-holiness and a dedicated Acts 2:38 teacher and believer.
May I ask why the search?
