...well almost. My son has been bringing a classmate of his named William to S.S. the past month. William is Chinese & his sister Cindy who is a classmate of my oldest Kristin are newcomers from Hong Kong & thier English isn't like it could be, but they make do.
My wife was teaching S.S. in the Gym & the Church was praying in the Chapel where we hold services.
I stopped to ask Pastor a question & the door opens & William goes sailing past me as if he saw a ghost. I thought he needed the bathroom as that's where he headed.
A sister poked here head in & said, "Brother, your wife needs you NOW!"

i Rushed to the Gym with Pastor right behind me & I found my wife pointing at an electrical outlet that had one safety plug in one outlet & one other outlet that had a black scorch mark around it with a small key stuck in the outlet.

My wife said that, "William stuck a key in the outlet & got a shock as well as a big puff of sparks, he then tried to pull it out, & gave himself a second shock."
Meanwhile Pastor used a girls plastic comb to pull out the key from the outlet & got it out successful.
I then went to the Bathroom to find William who by now was crying & had his finger under running water with the door locked.
"William" I asked, & there was no response.
From previous encounters with William I knew he locks himself in the bathroom when scared & will not come out.
I told him in a kind but firm voice, "I need you to open the door right now or else I will get the key from the Church and open it myself."
You have to realize that the teen class (all three kids) meet in a small room just opposite from the Men's bathroom & a sister was teaching the teen class heard my voice telling them to open the door or else.
Well, here she comes peering out from the classroom wondering why I was threatening to get the key.

William opens the door, I look at his finger, slight burn, a little blister, we get ice & a band aid & ask if he wants to go home.
He says no, we start Church & he worships God in the song service & God moves on him & he comes close to getting the Holy Ghost!
Three things I learned:
One, you can't make this stuff up.
Two, who says HM is boring.

Three, if William starts running again, I am going to see if the Church is on fire!
