Naked & Afraid
Anyone else see this show on Discovery? I have to admit I was a bit shocked when I started seeing the ads for it but after watching several episodes it is REALLY about hard core survivalist. Sure the people could at least be give some undergarments, but except for a few whiners, they are some of the toughest people I've seen. Their "nakedness"
has not gotten in the way at all, except in one case where the guy got horribly sunburnt the very first day.
Oh, and this guy really suffered for not having any shoes.

Well, we've been to beautiful resorts in the tropics we're we've been naked & afraid -minus the "afraid" part of course.

These people aren't "nudists' except for the duration of the show, which is filmed over 21 days. The point is that they are all skilled survivalists who are dropped in some area with only a single item of their choosing. One usually picks a cutting tool and the other picks who-knows-what.
It also sounds like an effective weight loss plan as each person usually loses 20-40 lbs depending on their starting weight, over the three weeks.

For the record I wouldn't either. It is simply not a realistic survival scenario that one would ever find themselves in.
