Bro. Benincasa, Do you drink the Kombucha at Whole Foods? One of the Whole Foods locations in Austin brews their own. I've been brewing my own. Just put up 14 bottles today. Very interesting to watch the Scoby grow from almost nothing. I use the Kombucha in my smoothies or a pick up in the afternoon. LOVE IT!
