Which side would split?
I hear constantly about the threats of a split in the UPCI over the issue of TV. The majority of the split talk however is usually coming from those who are against TV. I have heard very very little talk of those who are for TV threatening to split.
Do you think those for TV would ever break away from the UPCI if the TV issue never gets settled?
