Rand Paul today: "You know, I think without question he is qualified and would make the cut to be prime minister of Canada, absolutely without question, he is qualified and he meets the qualifications,"
"You know, I'm not an expert on the natural-born clause in the Constitution and people have various opinions," said Paul. "Some people believe it means you need to be born here, some people think it means you can be born in another country as long as your parents are citizens."
"And we've had some previous cases of it, but I don't think we've ever gone through the court system for the Supreme Court to decide one way or another," he continued. "It is interesting, and I think sometimes people point out that it's a double standard, in the sense that people went out, hot and heavy, including Donald Trump you know, about President Obama when there was really nothing more than conjecture that he wasn't born in the country. And yet, there hasn't been really the same outrage at all for some one who actually is born in another country."
Whatever, Rand. Your daddy was a better candidate than you.

Would be interesting to see Cruz argue his constitutional right to be prez in front of SCOTUS

Incredible. McCain was born outside the US himself! And it was obama and others who wrote a bill declaring McCain a natural born citizen.
The line between the establishment GOP and Dems is fading very quickly. The Trump and Cruz campaign success is having a big effect bringing this out.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Ted Cruz answers question posed by a DACA immigrant. I am sure she was a plant. His answer is that "breaking the law has consequences."

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Cruz Is Not Disqualified From the Presidency
The issue of whether Ted Cruz is constitutionally eligible to be president could not be more bogus. He is. Case closed.

Hillary Clinton in jail?
If she goes to prison, I will apologize.

She won't go to prison. Nah, people like HC don't go to prison. But she will be criminally convicted and forced out of the race. She'll be like Sandy Berger and only get probation and pay a fine.
