From reports "on the ground" it appears that photographs were not allowed nor were "open laptops." The photos you saw were taken by a known "rascal" and his associate before being asked to refrain. No one was supposed to be photographed at the meeting except those on the platform.
Sort of like posting anonymously online. Only you have to use up some FF miles to get to Tulsa.
The attendance has been reported to be anywhere between 800 to 2000 preachers. Quite a range.

And the meeting was not about control. Huh! Men of God who have faithfully borne thier cross after Christ for decades, and skillfully weilded the Sword of the Spirit through many a hard fought battle, but they can't be trusted to use a Kodak or a Dell responsibly!
I guess this new tech stuff is a little tricky for us "ol' fashioned" apostolics.

- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Too funny!
I hope that the men in Tulsa find what they are looking for. While I commend anyone for standing up for what they feel is right, I still don't understand the need to form a whole new organization. Especially since like so many have said, the range of convictions are what they have always been. Some are liberal and some conservative. So why develop a new “Fellowship”. I spent many years in the Western District and it’s been like this for years. You knew which preachers were strict and you knew which ones were balanced in what they believed and preached. I don’t know that the WPF will be any different than the UPC. Only the leadership is different.
While the Tulsa event was going on, Landmark was going strong. I watched all 3 nights and was blessed by the character and the spirit of the men that spoke and ministered. Not one mention was made about the WPF and I knew that there wouldn’t be. The spirit of prayer, healing, and ministry was there and the messages were full encouragement to reach the lost.

Trusts its constituency? Apparently there is a reason for the term, hardliners.
