Oh, so Ted Cruz supports this? How can anyone support this? Anyone with half a brain knows this is not good for the American worker and family!

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
The office of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) told HuffPost that he generally supports free trade deals, but will have to see what's included in Obama's final TPP agreement.

None of this matters anyway, it's all a dog and pony show. I think the "masters" have selected Hildebeast for next pres.

"For Cruz, this supposed middle ground includes supporting McCain’s fellow hawk Joe Lieberman for defense secretary; introducing a bill to strip Americans accused of terrorism of their citizenship without due process; and wanting to grow the already enormous and wasteful Pentagon budget."

Article written by The Hipster Libertarian? She also lied that Cruz didn't call for "due process". He clearly states that he does, which I referenced in post #31. She, thus, loses ALL credibility.

Don't knock the Hipster Librarian. She is a great source for Libertarian-related issues. IIRC, she's also a big Rand Paul supporter.
Cruz did say he wanted due process, but the problem with that is the law doesn't give due process. The law only needs the "preponderance of the evidence," which is also known as the "balance of probabilities," and is a much lower standard to meet than either "clear and convincing evidence" or evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt."
So while Cruz may claim to be for due process, the ETA would not have allowed that due process because the current law doesn't allow it.
To be fair to Cruz, he isn't taking away due process. The written law, as it currently stands, already strips due process from any citizen engaging in terrorist activities.

Okay. I'm not going to argue over this.
The fact is the current law doesn't allow due process, and Cruz's admendment of the current law doesn't address that issue.
You say she's a liar, and some could say Cruz also lied since the law doesn't allow due process.
If he were truly serious about giving due process, he would have added a clause to do so. He didn't.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
So he wants to go to war, spend more on the M-I Complex, introduces bills enabling the Ocommunist administration to strip Americans of their citizenship if it deems them to be bad guys.... yeah, he's a "real conservative"... NOT.
The guy's a neocon with a Tea Party ad campaign.
