The #SupremeCourt electronic filing system shows our EMERGENCY Petitions docketed for #Georgia & #Michigan but SLOW-walking w/ state response not due until JAN 14!
Today it FINALLY submitted our #Arizona & #Wisconsin EMERGENCY petitions filed Friday INEXPLICABLY rejected them


This doesn’t surprise me after 8/19 phone call has Justice Roberts on a phone call with Justice Breyer on how to work to get Trump voted out, saying, he will make sure the mf never gets elected.

You obviously weren’t really paying attention as the cases were thrown out on petty technicalities and not on the merits of fraud being found. They wouldn’t even listen to the evidence!

When I first read about this I pointed out to.a friend that it was made up because the Justices haven’t been meeting together due to COVID.

So there is no closed room from which shouting could be heard. If someone were outside the doors of Roberts or any of the other liberal justices, they could have heard one person screaming. The person reporting said the Court had met for this because they didn’t trust the telephonic meeting as secure.

The man testifying is on the State Republican Executive Committee. No one at the hearing disputed his account of events. So, hearing him and reading an article - you have to weigh which account is true.
