This was a hearing in TX. The man is a TX STATE rep. I find it highly unlikely that this state rep would know about the inner workings of the SCOTUS.
The one place in DC that doesn't leak is the SCOTUS. All the major decisions that have come through the SCOTUS, not one has been leaked prior to release of the decision and there hasn't been any leak of the deliberations or debates between the SCOTUS Justices.
There's so much disinformation going around, I find it irresponsible for this state rep to believe what he read and repeat it in a hearing without confirming it was true.
Rep Patrick admitted “I wish I could give you a specific citation for this, but I didn’t make a note of it because it was something that I read this morning.”
Seriously?!? You just happened to have read something this damning and you didn't take the time to write down or don't remember where you read it. And how is it only this State Rep read this "report" and no other Republican has? I mean, use the brain God gave you and think about this. This is a major story, if true. So why is this guy the only one mentioning it?
I don't believe it. Too many inconsistencies and questions as to him being a sole witness to the "report."

Yes, I see you got the info from Wikipedia. A lot there that I don’t want to spend time on, but it makes you wonder if the FBI turned against him. I have never heard of him. Doing some digging, the info was on 4chan as well. Being the person he is, I would wonder if he wasn’t trying to get a rise out of the Supremes or media.
I was telling the people in my group text, over a week ago, that I felt these cases may not go anywhere because people are frightened for their lives and they are afraid of the massive rioting that would occur if ruling in Trumps’s favor.
That makes it not hard to image the courts wanting to walk away.
My next thought is where did the Dallas Rep, initially, get the clip he is referencing? I would be interested to know that. I couldn’t imagine he got it from directly from Turner.

Maricopa County attorneys are asking a judge to “quash” legislative subpoenas for a forensic audit of Dominion machines! That can only mean one thing—we’re over the target, patriots
Sad, yesterday, that Maricopa County Board of supervisors refused to honor the AZ Senate subpoena. Hiding something, for sure.

I still don’t know what “the Kraken” is—could be from some Movie that I missed. Whatever it is —-it’s supposed to “change the game” when it gets here. Have heard it’s coming “any minute now” for 6 weeks. BUT now I’m hearing it’s about to REALLY HAPPEN. AND I BELIEVE IT

Re: Voter Fraud?
By the way... About Lin Wood. He's an effective lawyer and a GREAT orator. He's got the southern preacher campmeeting shtick down pat.
But don't be fooled by him. It's a craft, his profession.
Remember, there's a reason nobody actually likes attorneys....

I am sure that Nicholas Sandman was happy to retain him. Nicholas may never have to work again,
With all the lengthy pontificating, which you seem to love to do, you may want to look a little deeper and see what is happening in our country through all of the chaos. Case in point, a tweet to Linwood: Hint it is not about Trump worship.

Lin, this year (my 50th) i re-discovered God, gave up a drug habit, cut back 90% on alcohol, have taken care of my mum after the passing of my dad and asked God to forgive my sins. Life has never been better and I respect your honesty and your commitment. God bless you.
Don’t be too disappointed, Sunshine, but the majority of people love God and their country.

Yep, it's proven: you don't actually read (much less comprehend) my posts. I specifically said he's an EFFECTIVE attorney. Guess you missed that even though it was said right at the start. It's all good, though.

Yep, I just have no idea what's going on. Never mind I was telling you about digital election fraud and tampering YEARS ago. Never mind I was telling you about the "deep state" YEARS ago, before Trump ever arrived on the scene.
YOU may want to look a little deeper at the fact YOU aren't the resident expert on "what's really going on".
I gave the rally folks a compliment. I pointed out your observations indicate good news, it's a good sign.
But AS ALWAYS you're such a depressingly negative nancy you ONLY want to find reasons to argue.
Reminds me of a couple of Proverbs.
