Both times we were in NICU the Drs. and Nurses told us that Girls are stronger than boys and black babies are stronger than white ones.
White boys are the wimpiest of all!
Update today: His oxygen level is still dropping, but the good news is that his heart rate is not dropping as well. They will not release him until his oxygen level corrects.

Quick question.... Are you not able to visit him in the hospital and hold him due to these "complications" - or is this just a hospital policy?

A long stay in the well baby nursery. I don't know what RSV precausions mean? Haven't heard it mentioned. I think he is having infant reflux problems. At least they think that is what it is and what is causing his oxygen rate to drop when he lays on his back. They have to have him elevated.
I have no knowledge of the medical industry and my phone service is terrible. I'm thinking of switching to AT&T. LOL!
