That first link is a store in St. Louis - my florist was able to get me what I needed from there. Not sure it's open to the public.

Here's willow branches though - not bad prices either:

Wow, lots of choices here. Great website. It doesn't look open to the public. I guess you could purchase them from a florist. I think Hobby Lobby carries the willow branches. You could cut them down and make them work.
