it is somewhat challenging and you are always on your guard dietetically. You do, however, get really good at sticking yourself in the finger with a tiny needle!

Ha!! I am used to pricking myself to check my blood sugar and now starting tomorrow I will have to start taking insulin shots. I'm not really looking forward to that.

I am the perfect weight for my age if I was 7 foot high, or if I my body looked like Arnold Swartzenager did 20 years ago!
Otherwise........I'm 25 lbs overweight! I'm thinking if I could play golf a couple times more per week, I could get my weight problem under control. I'll try to run that by my boss!

Oh yea, like golf will be exercise.....driving a cart doesn't burn many calories!
