I am excited! I only held him briefly after he was born. They took him away so quickly.

I'm trying to get a menu together. I'll need to cook for them for a few days. Looking for a more healthy version of chicken enchiladas. She wants that first thing she said. Not sure that it is possible to eat a healthy enchilada. LOL!

buy some canned veggies and some ground beef from SAMS! LOL!

oh and a case of Kraft Mac-n-cheese!
