some people weigh a lot but are tall so it all evens out.
Nov 2005 I was 250 I am now 190. I got to 173, my wife wanted me to gain a few back. Get off the soda, bread and candy. Work out 30 minutes a day.

That is the cure.

At 42 I have never felt better..

Hey, Thad...I completely understand where you're coming from. I, too, have been thin my whole life and started gaining and had to have clothes let out. It's so frustrating, and people who have always had a weight problem don't understand how freaked out skinny people get when their clothes don't fit. (5 ft 9, climbed to 177 pounds!) I found the greatest weight-loss product. It's called "Kathy Smith Walk Fit" -- it's CDs where you walk to the beat of the music (instrumental) for 30 minutes. She starts out slow, speeds up till you feel like your legs will fall off, then cools down. It's incredible.... I'm already down 20 pounds in the past few weeks. I have two weeks left until spring break and I intend to hit the 25-pound mark by that time. I intend to get back to my svelt 145 before summer.

I feel your pain, hon!
