Keep clicking on the image to make it larger.

*Note added here by Admin--
To enlarge the picture, position your mouse cursor on the picture. Then when the larger image comes up you can put your mouse over the photo again. A small box will appear in the lower right corner. Click that box. This will make the image full size.

Well if they are not supposed to go to worldly attractions, it is kind of ironic that they mention when those attractions are opening... Kind of inviting you to stay over to go to them... hmmm Also I believe the guy in the picture has short sleeves on...

No, no, no...PP you're looking at it from the wrong angle!
It wasn't a PROMOTION of those attractions, it was a WARNING!
They are letting them know the date those will be opening so they can GET OUT OF DODGE!!!

They did correct the spelling of "Marriages" though in the little circle down toward the bottom....it used to say "Marrages." 
I still don't think they need a comma after Substantive though.
