Since the both of you are both choco-crazy, this indictment is all a matter of semantics.
Nothing to see here folks, move along now. Nothing to see here.
If I feel sorry for him, it's only because this looks like a classic case of entrapment.

My thoughts exactly but you said it better.

Re: My husband is sooo in trouble!
I feel for ya LC...sounds like something my husband would do as well.
In fact, he is so ornery that if I asked to have a drink out of his cup, and he didn't want me to have any, he would lick the whole rim of the cup, and then hand it to me.
He can be such a dweeb sometimes!

Mine wouldn't dare do that, but he will try to steal dough from the bowl.

No, my husband wouldn't dare take the dough because that would cause any problems... Oh, and after he poked his finger all in the brownies, he didn't even eat one! LOL

Why did he poke holes in the brownies anyway? That's just weird! So, you would have to let him eat them? I would have thrown them in the yard to teach him a lesson.

Would I have? In our house everyone knows to ask, "Is this for us?" before they touch anything. I couldn't see him doing that. If he did, when he wasn't supposed to, it could only mean he wanted to aggravate me on purpose and so I possibly would do that and then run........
