Doesn't it almost seem like a dream that it is all over with (waiting, the labor, the birth, etc.)
All behind! That was/is how it always seemed to me when I had our children, and also when
the grandchildren came along! God is So GOOD!
Mattie is SO Precious. She is a BEAUTIFUL BABY! I know she will bring her parents and you
MUCH JOY! What a TREASURE!

Back on subject. Here's me chillaxing with her:
They introduced her little hat from the hospital to the dog, then let him go out to the car to meet her and walk in the house with her (non-threatening that way). Then my son let the dog lick her foot - - lolololol!!!!

Renda,
I love the picture of you holding Mattie in the rocking chair! You look so content.
I know the joy of sitting in a comfortable rocking chair and cuddling our firstborn
grandchild. He's just turned 27 yrs, and has a 6 month old himself. Now our firstborn
sits and rocks her firstborn grandchild. She goes my Nana!
