Interesting analogy of the described situation... I would think that BK HQ would see at as the elimination of a competitor as well as additional revenue in their coffers... that, of course would be diametrically opposed to the view of the manager of the original BK...

tough situation... I am glad I do not have the responsibility of Solomon in dividing this squalling baby!

I don't think the Burger King Corp. would approve without the concent of the established Burger King restaurant owner, as it could be very confusing and financially damaging to the existing store.

(Can you tell that I have food on my mind?)
I'd like to ask McDonalds about that, actually. On my drive home from church there are 4 McDonalds within 3.99 miles total of each other. I just used mapquest to measure it out. From McClintock Dr to Country Club Dr on Southern Ave, it's 3.99 miles. Between those streets (McClintock & Country Club) there are 4 McDonalds, just on that one stretch of Southern Ave.

The church I attend is about two miles from another UPC church. They were
there first but then they have property and a building plan to move into another larger metro area.

I wonder about this though
If the denominal churches are converted in town and all want to become UPC will this be allowed or do they all have to sit under the UPC pastor?

Deduction... Arizonians love McDonalds... especially in that 3.99 miles referenced above. Motto... Show me the money!

I guess we must love McD's. I forgot about the McD's in a Wal*Mart that's less than a mile from the last on Country Club. Soooo . . . within about 4.25 miles there are 5 (count them FIVE) McD's.

Wow . . .

And we won't talk about the number of Wal*Mart super centers within miles of each other. It's like Wallyworld city in some parts of the valley.
