Ours is on only a few hours a day (and we have a 59 inch plasma!) but that is because we DVR almost everything.

my parents watch that. We dont have cable but when we are visiting them we are able to see it. Also like The Bering Sea

the most irritating thing to me about TV is when my husband gets up in the morning b4 he goes to work he tries to catch the news for the traffic report and weather (lots of snow and delays most everyday) and he only will leave it on for a bit but I am a very quiet person when I get up....and to hear these news people...( woman mostly ) ....

it makes me want to

I am never upset at him needing to check the roads b4 he heads out...just them blabby females...blabbing, yaking, laughing....totally

So , out of a 24 hour period....maybe 1-2 hours it is on...only for news or my kids playing their video games~

You would dislike it even more if you ever read this book. I got it on an interlibrary loan.
