I didn't know that farmers got cheaper subsidized gas, that makes absolute sense though.
You know we drive way out in Merced County country side now to get to our new church and pass all kinds of farms.

Yes I know exactly where you are. you are about 3-4 miles from Turlock- nice town! I'm about a 20 min. drive from you.
I heard that it's costing some truckers $1000 in gas for laong hauls that is crazy!
I'm surprised Americans have not had a revolution yet

We should!
I just feel we have been made to be so dependent on foreign fuel we no longer have a choice, it's like we expected it to always be there and always be cheap.
The US has not taken any preventative measures to prepare ourselves for what is happening now--like other alternative to travel that are easily accessible or another alternative other than petroleum for fuel.
