Breaking News this morning is that the Al-Qaeda leader in Iraq was killed today.
I heard a brief report that he was but no details.

How can we be losing a war in which have all already achieved most of our objectives ... regime change ... democratization of Iraq ... WMD's or lack thereof... freeing up the Iraqui oil supply .... and now we are working to stabilize the nation ....Isn't achieving one's objectives the benchmark for victory ... it's asinine to think differently.

We have won the "war". Saddam was over thrown. We're just having trouble winning the peace among a people that have been warring for thousands of years..

True, the war has been won. Winning the peace there will never happen though.

Everything is happening quite on schedule, according to plan.

Oh, you thought we were there to "spread democracy" and make Iraq a happy go lucky Mid East resort place?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The "objective" in this war is NOT what the controlled media would have you believe.

We are not there to "liberate the people" and spread "liberty and freedom".

We are there for other purposes.

And we are accomplishing those goals, quite nicely.

And pretty soon, we will probably be in Iran.

And the Chinese just look on and smile... all 1.5 billion of them....
Who controls the media? If Bush does then he really is dumber than I thought. The media is being used to make Americans want to get out of Iraq

What makes you believe the BBC is any fairer or accurate than our own? What incentives does any news outlet have to be fair or accurate of it's own country or some other?
