Doesn't look like she's wearing makeup to me.
You can buy "blank" barrettes and hot glue stuff to them, so that may be what the cameo is attached to.

She's a very cute girl.
Not crazy about the large curls in front, but the back looks cute.
Funny thing about the cameo - - - put it on a chain and hang it around her neck and she'd be doing something wrong. It's the inconsistencies that make you wonder.

A current trend in necklaces is a large flower hanging on a ribbon or chain. That same flower is acceptable in the hair, or pinned on a dress, but totally off-limits if it's hanging from a ribbon or chain. Those are the inconsistencies that have always driven me crazy.

Drives me insane. My oldest daughter was criticized by someone for wearing a little cowboy boot on a chain that her Dad bought her at Drysdales, but if she took the same exact piece and attached it to a hair barrette it would pass the sniff test with flying colors. She gave up the necklace after only wearing it a couple of times, and her attitude was sterling. Me, on the other hand; I could have cried a river over that silly cowboy boot. *sigh* It just makes me tired.

Ya'll are just JEALOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  
On the issue of the makeup and fake mole - not happenin' with the blonde chick. Her hair looks fine. It's a little on The Great Gatsby side, but if that floats her boat. 
On the issue of the Cameo - You all want all of that stuff to stop, but when it does - the only conclusion drawn: You are damed if you do and damed if you don't. Just sayin'.........

I don't want the hair decorations to stop. I just want other decorations allowed elsewhere.

It wouldn't make one bit of difference if she wore in on her chest or not. She would be posted on Facebook and elsewhere to be analyzed. So, I stand by my remark - Damned if you do and damned if you don't. Maybe I just like saying that.
