I bet Russia is now wishing they had spent a little more time teaching them to identify targets before engaging them.
Now we just have to wait for our President to apologize for this terrible incident. After all everything bad in the world is America's fault and Obama is eager to say so.
Our standing in the world right now is so weak I never thought I would live to see the day. I can't believe we have two more years of this man as the "leader of the free world".

Actually one of my chat buddies from Sweden went off on a tear today talking about how cheap it was to get a USB dongle to plug into a laptop (something like 35 bucks) and if a laptop wasn't available, you could get a Raspberry Pi and output to a TV set. The dongle tracks the signals of nearby commercial flights. As far as he was concerned, there was no excuse.
And since the US's recent attempts at nation building have been such a success, and since we were on the verge of giving arms to groups allied with ISIS just last year, I'm thinking maybe intervention in every conflict is not exactly something we want to do. On the other hand, it's not like western Europe is going to step up as various nations depend on the uninterrupted flow of natural gas from Russia. Europe could really put the economic hurt on Russia, but it's not happening.

Gas! Europe gets 30% of it's natural gas from Russia.

Remember the Iranian jet the U.S. mistakenly shot down in 1988? I didn't realized it was that long ago until I looked it up.

The next president will have to be more hawkish than ever because Obama is so wimpy. God help the USA.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

And we COULD have been providing it instead..
Just think...we COULD have forced Russian to be more "World Friendly" economically as Reagan did by out spending them...but NOOOOOO we have to pour money into their pockets
Crazy

- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Re: Malaysian aircraft shot down in the Ukraine
Apparently the Russians are pushing their own conspiracy theories to their people. This article this morning says that they are saying it was possibly an assassination attempt on Putin by the Ukraines, as he was on a plane from Brazil traveling the same path just an hour before the Malaysian plane. Who knows if we'll ever find out the truth.
