You can keep claiming it, but it doesn't make it true. That's not what happened, that's not what they did.
BTW, no news org need to petition the government to be able to lie on the news. It's called the First Amendment, which guarantees free speech, even if that speech is untrue. So this claim is not only factually incorrect, but ridiculously absurd.

I did no such thing. Good grief. You're like the muslim, trying to twist words around. Need I put you on ignore as well?
What's absurd is at least twice I've caught you trying to make deceptive claims and statements and proved them to be factually wrong. And in spite of that, you continue your denial and deception.
Your claim of Germany indicting W was not true. Just as this claim about the FoxNews court victory isn't true. And yet, though even liberal-leaning people admit the FNC court case claim is false and misleading, you continue to pretend as though you're right and everyone else is wrong.
That's called being delusional.

What's your issue with that? It wasn't. It was about forcing stations to give equal time to opposing views.

Correct. Oh, I understand your contention here. It wasn't a "law" it was a "policy." Whatever. It was eliminated in 1987 and completely removed from the books in 2011.
Anything else?

Oh please. You're going to gripe about my using "law" instead of "policy" when you're posting lies?

Re: Where is the News?
ENE news, "Energy News," is a news aggregator, focused on energy news. Seems to be one of the only sources of Fukushima news

Re: Where is the News?
Just take the red pill (see thread with same title). Then you will understand there pretty much ISN'T any "news", just propaganda. 100% of so called mainstream news and (my estimate) anywhere from 50-85% of so called "alternative/independent" news is controlled propaganda designed to promote one or another of various agendas.
Read everything. Believe nothing until YOU PERSONALLY verify.
Oh, and "95% of what you see on the internet is utter (bleep)".
Two quotes from the late Bill Cooper (2001).

Re: Where is the News?
well said, and possibly the best advice going. most "news" has nothing to do with an individual, personally, and should be ignored, imo.
