Regardless of some apparent failures, flags do represent allegiance to a specific country. Why don't we fly the Mexican flag? Because, we are the United States of America whether you like it here or not.

What you need to understand is that our voting electorate has not changed. We are a 50/50 nation. Independents don't want either party and vote the issues alone. That means that mainstream America remains the same - USA, USA!

As Ferd has aptly stated, the country was in need of a fighter and voted for Trump. I agree, even though I didn't vote for him. He has certainly been a fighter. The Left's coup d'etat hasn't worked.

It doesn't matter that our political parties, Hollywood, or the media, who largely tries to keep a divide, are not really changing what we believe. The Left has been the Left for years. The Right has been the Right.

To bring the focus on doomsday - all the time - is overlooking that fact and overlooking that God is in control no matter what comes or goes.

It is also, IMO, overlooking the fact that just because we can't see what God is doing, doesn't mean He is not working.

So, I don't care what Trump tweets or what he says at rallies. I am paying attention to the people and trusting God to do what He promised He would do - pour out His Spirit upon all flesh.
