I don't use marijuana but the fact that alcohol is legal and marijuana isn't is silly.

Legalize it and tax it. It will open up new markets and revenue for both the public and private sector. In addition... it will put a lot of small time pushers out of business and free up law enforcement to focus on more serious issues.

Also, research shows that it can help relieve PTSD. With so many of our brave soldiers facing PTSD and the current PTSD related suicide rates... I'd rather give them something natural to ease their minds.
