My mom, aged 80, made it through 2020 without the vaccine and never caught covid.

Her and my dad got the vaccine in feb or March, she immediately began to spiral down in her cognitive abilities. We buried her in October.

My Brother got the j&j vaccine, then got the virus, developed blood clots in his lungs, some clots broke free,went to his heart, he has massive heart attack dies on the way to the hospital. They shocked him back, he spent a week in an incubator and now is home.

He is not doing good but insists on arguing with me that the vaccine helped him.

I'll take my chances with God and no vaccine.

My grandmother will turn 89 in February. No vaccine. Never got Covid. She was still working up into her early 80’s.
She pops a lot of vitamins. On a few meds for high blood pressure.
Kidneys are going… she hates drinking water.

I think this maybe helpful, but popping vitamins may not be what we think it is. Vitamins should primarily come from the foods we eat. Hence the reasons vitamins are called “supplements.” They supplement our diets to help where we are lacking. I know people who down vitamins, yet their diets are predominantly refined carbs, and large doses of sugar. This pretty much lays low the whole pop to the vitamin. Taking vitamins when we don’t know our day to day deficiency in our system can cause other problems. Also kidneys can be hammered not only by hard meds, but by supplements. What happens before the kidneys give us a heads up is the liver. Diet, and exercise is paramount in reversing issues. But when someone is 80 years old, getting them to a gym is a tad too late. Many prayers are needed.

Now speaking of vitamins, there is cheap Walgreens, Walmart, cheap brands which are pretty much mixture of the vitamin and fillers. Then there is real vitamins which are super expensive. Now, as I’m writing this posts vitamins and supplements are going sky high in prices. Creatine alone ( the cheapest supplement ) has recently doubled in price. Multivitamins are going up which includes those which were already high in price, and those which were on the discount shelf that are utter garbage. 2022 is most likely going to be a pretty big Circus train wreck. Prices going up, and quality going down.
