maybe you should not turn off your TV after watching FOX.. you can switch to TBN its Trinity Broadcasting Network. Its a christian TV station that airs christian shows. I'm sure you will learn something about God and Its recommendable for your children and other family members..

I am just so used to thinking as a father of five children, and what is best for them.
I too could comment on shows I like... I enjoy Investigative shows, Fox news, National Geographic to name a few. I currently watch some of these online.

You mean you guys aren't itching to see which gold camp is going to strike it big by the end of the season on Gold Rush?

Re: When is TV any good?
I do not believe that even the 'Christian' channels are actually pleasing to God. 1) They teach doctrines that are the inventions of man and are not found in Scripture. 2) Many of them are little more than clever marketers of idolatry and witchcraft cloaked in the garb of 'Christianity'. Miraculous prayer clothes, water from the Jordan, salt from the Dead Sea, Olives from the Mt. of Olives, etc. are nothing more than paganism cloaked in 'Christian' clothes and language. The water, oil, salt, cloth, etc. get the glory for any 'miracle' not Jesus Christ. Further, you have several items of jewelry that they are willing to sell you to have you 'blessed' every time you look and/or wear it. Pagan idolatry and witchcraft. And some of these will advertise in support of 'good Christian programing.' What was good about this stuff again?

I dunno. I never watch any "christian" channels which hawk this stuff. LOL
....and besides, with some churches that preach magic hair, who needs an info commercial?
I just like watching Gold Rush, Duck Dynasty, White Coller, Burn Notice, Doomsday Preppers, and Finding Bigfoot.
