Hey PO, you left off the part where the Police Chief apologized to Vasquez and acknowledged the officer was wrong.

[Police Chief JJ] Craig said the police department's dash cam footage "raises some concerns."

He decided to open the investigation after viewing the footage and has personally apologized to Vasquez for the incident.

Because Vasquez was driving a car with dealer tags, the car was exempt, Craig confirmed.

So the video raises concerns to Chief Craig, enough to cause him to personally apologize to Vasquez. Again, why would a Police Chief willingly apologize - especially personally - and admit the traffic stop was wrong if PO is correct and the officer is justified in the incident?

Yes, the cop is entitled to due process and he does in fact have procedural rights and that is why he is on paid leave (even though he is on leave nonetheless). That being said, there was still an apology made on BEHALF of the police officer...............(now, can you wrap your brain around that? heh heh!!)

No, I do not want you to act like Obama or Sharpton (please no, I'm a Ted Cruz fan because of you); however, I would like to see you admit that cops do bad things and that not ALL cops are good.

As far as jumping to conclusions, we have seen all the links involved in this case thus far and I would say that I have not jumped to any conclusions other than the fact that cops can be bad sometimes.
