There are only 4 scriptures that actually contain the words "antichrist" or "antichrists". All 4 are contained in either 1st or 2nd John. John does a great job of defining just what "antichrist" is. John also said (writing in the 1st century) that "even now there are many antichrists". It's interesting that both sides of this conflict oppose Christ!

Yes.

Wrath came upon the actual Judeans and Israelis of the covenant. Those who were worshipping within the Levitical Temple system. Those who the covenant was made with. People living over in Modern Israel aren't the same people who were in the pages of our Bible. in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah we are told how they identified who was of the commonwealth of Israel. Also who was a Levite. Ezra 2:59-62, clearly shows us if the people couldn't prove their lineage they weren't part of the priesthood, let alone Israel. Sadly Pentecostals and Dispensationalist Zionist Christians claim that God knows who are the actual Jews. While this may pacify some, those with a Biblical understanding of genealogy shake their heads at such claims. The Levitical breast plate was the only way other than a literal record to prove priesthood. Yet, even Jesus needed a recorded genealogy. So, I guess "some" preachers believe the modern Jews have a special pass. While Jesus needed a provable lineage.

Deuteronomy 28 we are told by the writer that if Israel obeys God they will be blessed and keep the land. If they disobey they will be cursed and the land will vomit them out. Pretty simple. Everything with God comes with conditions. Israel and Judah were given a bill of divorcement by God Jeremiah 3:8. God wasn't kidding when He kicked them out of Eden. Also wasn't kidding when He brought them into captivity. When they were allowed back into the land through Nehemiah and Ezra it was all to meet Jesus Christ. When they crucified their King, and told Pontius Pilate that His blood would be upon their heads and the heads of their children. They were finished, and only a remnant would escape into the Ark of the Body of Christ.

Those living today who call themselves Jews, are Jewish not in lineage, but are Jewish religiously or culturally.

If we believe Deuteronomy 28, then how on earth would we believe that secular Zionist Jews are the covenant people?

The country Israel today is a country where they use the word democracy loosely. Arab Israelis have different passports than Jewish Israelis. Jews all over the world have the "law of return" while Palestinians 40 miles away have no such thing. The Israel today isn't blessed by all, but it is bombed by all. Because it is country for only one people. Those who are "Dispensationalists" just stand stunned and cry out "but of course its ONLY for Jews! They have been in the land for thousands of years." Hence, the problem. Because Dispensational eschatology is illogical, contradictory, and downright silly. Yet, we have politicians, John Q Public, and some Churches which believe in Dispensational Zionism we support of bigoted system that is in Israel to continue. Therefore they will have conflict which they will never settle. The United States, sadly will be dragged down wrapped in a Clarence Larkin chart, while clutching a C.I. Scofield Bible in their fist.
