I would have rather endured the pain than the naseua!

I just now got to where I feel ok enough to check in for a few minutes.

I was surprised to find that the hospital had free wireless interent in the patients rooms. That would be very cool if you had to be there very long.

I will never catch up now on all of the threads I have missed!! Has Bill Price become Oneness again while I was under anesthesia? LOL!!!
No, but I was deemed unfit for missionary work Glad you're home and feeling better, even if it is with the help of pain meds Just love vicodin

Re: CC1 In Hospital

Thanks everybody. Rough night. I am sure tomorrow will be better! Tried to make it without taking any pain meds but my little dog accidently kicked me in the stomach while I was dozing and I am hurting bad. Had to kick her out of the bedroom and she just doens't understand why.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

What if Mrs. CC1 had accidentally kicked you in the stomach in her sleep? Would she be confined to the doghouse now?

Re: CC1 In Hospital

I haven't been online all weekend and just saw this, CC. I am praying for ya. I know this is a rough surgery and recovery. Get plenty of rest and don't try to get going to quickly.
