What I saw today reminded me of stuff I had only heard about, read about in history.

I know about the Dixie-crats of history. I know some of the most "progressive" folks who call themselves Democrats who are "progressive" for aevery one else until it comes down to their neighborhoods, their school, their dinner table.

What I saw rattled me and so I posted a thread about it.
What are your thoughts on that YouTube video above?

Re: "Kill Him", "Treason", "Off With His Head!"

SOOOOO you want to make McCain responsible for people shouting out terrible things in a crowd of thousands of people?

ISN'T THAT GUILT BY ASSOCIATION?!?!?!??!!? HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM??????????

Then I guess it IS perfectly alright to make Obama responsible for the friends he keeps. The only difference, one is a stranger in a crowd, the other is all cozy drinking coffee with Obama in his living room and helping him to launch his career.

Thanks for underscoring the importance of considering "birds of a feather" when voting.

Let's see how excited you get about one of Obama's followers, does this shock you? This is the kind of people who support Hussain Oshama. I'm very sick to think these are the kinds of people who will run our government. I'm not sure how Biden can stomach being on the same ticket with him. Don't try to tell me this is a Right Wing scare tactic. Listen to her if you have the stomach.

More Hope and Change...
Actress comedienne Sandra Bernhard is the latest Obama supporter to lash out at conservative Governor Sarah Palin. Ms. Bernhard's latest comedy sketch includes Sarah Palin gang rape jokes.
Keep it classy, Sandra:

The link did not work.

The same argument could be made about the kind of people who support Sen. McCain-- the types of people that prompted this thread in the first place.

No one can say that Sen. McCain or Gov. Palin is racist, even though some of his idiotic supporters are indeed that way.

Following your argument, Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin would be racist.

Of course that's not true.
