Walking at 5am? Ouch....

I try to walk every day too-- but I can't imagine getting out that early to walk.

I just felt an unction to offer my motivational expertise for your encouragement!

Actually I go to the gym every day at that same time. I lift first and then I walk on a tread mill for at least two miles. I also ride my bike when the weather permits.

unfortunately I am still not losing a single solitary ounce or inch. I go 5 or 6 days a week and I am getting stronger and fitter everywhere except in the gut and the junk in the trunk! i have been on this routine and controlled diet since the first week of January (after the diagnosis of Diabetes) and I have lost nothing, nada, zilch, zero!
