I would add that Z is innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. IMO that will be a steep mountain to climb here.
Just the possibility that something else could have happened is not cause for a reasonable doubt. For example conspriacy theories are all about possible coverups. The explanations conspiracy theories give are all possible because they provide scenarios that simply cannot be disproven.

I'm not saying the Zimmerman case is a conspiracy but it's just that convincing someone to have a reasonable doubt is more than simply showing another scenario is possible. It's about showing another scenario was at least equally probable.

The Z case is not a conspiracy. We don't know the facts surrounding the case, at least I don't. Based upon what I do know from what I have read, which may or may not be accurate, there is reasonable doubt and for all the bologna about Z initiating the problem is just that - bologna. It is based upon speculation and emotion. The MSM is culpable in this by editing their reporting to make it appear something it wasn't.

Re: George Zimmerman Case

Was he really stalking, or just following him?

How do you know he stalked ? Define stalking? If I see a suspicious person in my hood and I choose to follow him how is that against the law?

I notice your using words to lead one to a conclusion such as pursuing and stalking. He did follow for a time but there is no proof he pursued to point of conflict.
