I've been hearing in this thread how the churches are small. Perhaps they need to go in and make an impact on their cities and states in North Dakota. Maybe a shake-up in that district is really what is needed.
what kind of a shake up ?? you mean what's happening now ?
how can most of the churches leaving benefit ?

It's probably best to send in men to get things started and then let the natives plant churches.

In talking about a shake-up....I am reading in this thread that the churches are small. Maybe they need someone to go in there and revitalize and energize them. Maybe they have had the stigma of "second class" long enough....maybe they need to start thinking of themselves as "first class" and reach out and get in their community.

If you haven't lived there, you really can't understand. It's a different mindset and it's very difficult to start a church.

And let me know how many volunteer to "go in there and revitalize and energize them" and if you find someone, see how long they stay.

Aren't they mostly of German desent? I heard that most are luthern and very traditional.

The other ethnic group is native american indians and they live on reservations.

No offense taken but i could NEVER Live there- I truely commend anyone who does.

Congratulations, you have just become the second recipient of the Bullwinkle award. Your naivete and lack of understanding of kingdom work outside of the large church makes you an obvious choice.

Pull up stakes, move to North Dakota and start a church.....chuckle, chortle, snort. Thems that cans, does. Thems that can't......
