Yes, I do. I also like to make them with homemade sour cream pound cake with a melted raspberry jam filling...they are quite good!

That makes the best ones!!!! I don't bake like I used to, but once in a while I do something big. lol I'm mainly just baking cookies for my husband and son.

If I am understanding this right, you are planning a MINISTERS AND WIVES RETREAT and it is AT A CHURCH??? That is an oxymoron. How can they retreat at a church?
If you can't do this at a nice hotel away from anything "church" then at least do something to qualify it as a retreat. How about renting 2 or 3 massage chairs and get some volunteers to give them back and neck massages? Or do the leg and foot massages. Set up quiet areas for the ladies separate from the men.
IMO, ministers and wives don't want to play games. AND, IMO, a retreat for ministers and wives would be good food, several comfortable seating areas where they can relax and talk. Give the men massages and the women manicures. Do something that help them relax and forget anything about ministry.
