I don't guess I'm really old enough to have heard some of the more phenomenal "teachers" in our movement, or maybe I just have ADD and can't remember the ones I've heard....
But the one that held my attention and always really blessed my heart is Bro. Crawford Coon. I heard him several times at Oklahoma Camp Meeting, tho I can't even tell you where he's from. lol
Still, I will never forget the day he taught about Joseph. Incredible...provokes much thought even years later.
Crawford Coon is awesome. He is a great teacher who is a master at taking normal life and making it speak to our spiritual man.

Never tell a young person that anything cannot be done. God may have been waiting centuries for someone ignorant enough of the impossible to do that very thing. ~ John Andrew Holmes
A former Pastor of mine, Elder Tim D Cormier, was an excellent teacher. Also Elder Henry Mobley is a great teacher.
I've heard that Mobely was good. Haven't heard him personally.
Also, they said that Bishop G. T. Haywood was incredible too. They tell me that Pastors would come between their Sunday Services to hear him teach up to three hours at a time.
