Revised Romans Road

Revised Roman Road to Spiritual Maturity
Found therein is a great parallel to the Acts 2 experience.

Romans I believe breaks down nicely into a pathway of Spiritual Maturity, keep in mind the authors didn’t use chapters.
But here is the outline.

Romans 1-3 The universal declaration that we are all sinners, summed up in Rom. 3:25

Romans 4-5 Jesus is the solution to the sin problem; faith in Jesus brings justification. Romans 5:1 summary verse

Romans 6-Union with Christ through Baptism, and the New Identity of the Believer who has trusted Jesus, places us out of Adam into Christ.

Romans 7-The inability of the Believer to overcome the old nature; the failure of law (moralism) to remedy sin.

Romans 8 The purpose of the Spirit is to help the Believer overcome the old nature

Romans 9-11 What about Israel, has the church replaced Israel? No!

Romans 12-15 Practical Concerns of the Disciple's Lifestyle

I like it,but I do believe The Church is the New Testament children of Abraham.
But let me this I'm more in agreement with you than in disagreement.

How do you relate all of these to Acts 2?
